This Privacy Policy describes how LEOKADIE SZALKOVA ("the Provider"), located at Max-Brauer-Allee 83-85, 22765, Hamburg, Germany, collects, processes, and protects personal information in connection with the provision of software engineering services. The Provider is the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data Collected
The Provider collects information voluntarily submitted through the contact form, including full name, company name, email address, preferred contact method, requested service, estimated budget, and project description. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps may be logged for security and abuse prevention purposes.
2. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed to: (i) respond to enquiries and prepare service proposals; (ii) execute contractual obligations during an engagement; (iii) issue invoices and maintain accounting records as required by law; (iv) comply with legal obligations applicable to the Provider.

Processing is based on (i) Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures), (ii) Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation), and (iii) Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and professional service).

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by applicable law. Accounting records are retained for the legally required period under German commercial and tax law. Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are deleted after twelve (12) months.
